TERMS OF SERVICE

Membership Term, Categories and Fees

1) Classes are run across the academic year and follow the academic term dates.

2) If you’re starting part way through the year, we will calculate payments to start you Pilates journey at that point.

2) All monthly membership payments shall be made by Standing Order, organised by the member. The payment will then automatically be taken on the designated date each month until the terms of membership suspension or termination have been satisfied.

3) On termination, class credits will be calculated and should a Member have attended more classes than they have paid for, the member will be billed for the outstanding monies owed.

Suspension, Upgrade/Downgrade and Termination of Membership

1) Membership will automatically be suspended and all applicable suspension rules applied to the membership should a member fail to make payment for the payment for the monthly membership and remains in debt for 14 days beyond the due date.

2) Smart Pilates reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if Smart Pilates has reasonable grounds to believe that the the Member’s physical and/or medical condition is not up to the standards required by Smart Pilates and that the continuance of the Membership would be detrimental to the Member’s health.

3) A member’s intent to suspend and terminate their membership is to be made via e-mail.

4) All membership fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Class Schedule

1) Classes are 1 hour long. Please be respectful and arrive on time for your class.

2) There are 40 classes across the academic year. Please note your payments runs across the calendar year, spreading your payments.

Dress Policy

1) Wear comfortable clothing without zips, or belts that may damage equipment

2) Grippy socks for grip and protection of mats are required

3) Bring your own mat to classes

Phone Policy

1) Phones on silent

2) No photos to be taken during classes. Marketing photos may be permitted. Your consent for this will be requested before any photos are taken.

Cleaning Policy

1) Members are expected to wipe down any mats and equipment they’ve used at the end of sessions

Auto Enrolment

1) Once your account is registered, we will go ahead and auto enrol you into your preferred class/es for the length of your membership.

Refund Policy

1) If you cannot attend, you can cancel out of the class/es and rebook into another class that week, associated with your membership.

Cancellations

1) All cancellations are to be made no less than 24 hours in advance of the arranged class time. All cancellations made within 24 hours of the arranged class time will be non-refundable/transferable. A cancellation of any single session made within 24 hours of the arranged session time, shall be non-refundable/transferable. Exception will be given for symptoms of COVID-19 and Smart Pilates may refuse entry into the class if symptoms are present.

No Shows

1) Should you fail to cancel out of a class, you lose your class credit.
