Introduction
After having a baby, your body can feel different in ways you weren’t expecting.
You might feel weaker through your core, unsure what’s "normal", or a bit disconnected from your body
Changes like these are common, but it’s not always clear what’s normal or what to do next.

This is a space to rebuild strength safely, understand what your body needs, and start to feel more like yourself again. We’ll start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what feels right for you.

Where you are now
You feel disconnected from your body after having a baby. Your core feels weak. Your pelvic floor doesn’t feel quite right. You might have back pain, leaking, or just feel unsure what’s going on.
What's getting in the way
You want to get stronger and feel like yourself again — but you’re worried about doing the wrong thing and making things worse. So you end up doing a bit of everything… or nothing at all.
What you actually want
To rebuild a strong foundation you can rely on. To feel confident in your body again — whether that’s after birth, surgery, diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms. To know what you’re doing is safe, and actually helping.
A clear place to start
We begin with a short starter phase.
A focused block of sessions designed to help you reconnect with your core, understand your body, and start rebuilding strength in a way that feels safe and manageable.
About Me
Hi, I'm Min, your Postnatal Core Rehab Specialist
After having a baby, it’s really common to be told "you’re fine”… even when your body doesn’t feel it. You might feel unsure where to start, a bit cautious about doing the wrong thing, or just frustrated that your body isn’t working the way it used to.
That’s where I come in. My work is grounded in the Postnatal Core Rehab Method (PCRM), which means I focus on helping you gently reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and rebuild strength in a way that feels safe and manageable, not overwhelming.
Alongside that, I’m STOTT Pilates and Level 3 Pilates certified, with additional pre and postnatal certifications, so you’re not left guessing or trying to figure it all out on your own. I’m also a mum, and I know how full life can feel, how hard it is to find the time, energy, and headspace to focus on yourself, even when you know you need to. My focus is on creating a space where you feel comfortable, listened to, and supported, without any pressure to push or “bounce back”. So you can feel clearer about what’s going on in your body and what to do next.
